Junior Sales Account Executive
We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Executive for Italy. The role primarily focuses on achieving the yearly sales objectives and generation of leads in net new logos. It involves business development for the Cybersecurity portfolio of SEIDOR's solutions in Italy, cultivating relationships with prospecting customers, understanding their needs, promoting SEIDOR's solutions, and closing the sales. Additionally, the position requires executing promotional activities, collaborating with the Division Managers in Italy to execute the marketing strategy, and collaborating with external partners/agents and SEIDOR's colleagues. The role will be reporting into the IT Services division for Italy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Business Development in Italy for the sales of Managed cybersecurity services, CSIRT/SOC services, penetration tests and phishing attack simulation services, security assessment and training, data backup, and SEIDOR Cloud, as representative examples of SEIDOR's offering.
• Lead the customer relationship, including the creation of opportunities for cross-selling solutions in SEIDOR's portfolio, with a focus on added value, multi-year services.
• Build economic proposals and close sales deals.
• Ensure that customer profitability is maintained.
• Foster close collaboration with the technical team on a day-to-day basis.
• Be the voice of the customer internally and champion what's needed to win in the customer.
• Manage the execution of the customers' annual plan, collaborating with the IT Services Division Manager of Italy.
• Collaborate to the success of the promotion of the services.
ABOUT YOU: • Experience in commercial roles with good commercial acumen.
• Strong sales focus and can analyze market and brand trends
• Innovate, curious, results-oriented, and responsible with good attention to detail
• Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in collaborating with, and influencing, key internal and external stakeholders;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Stay updated on customer trends, bringing fresh insights for growth opportunities through ongoing curiosity
• Proactive and able to anticipate issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Passionate about digital technologies and eager to learn about cybersecurity trends, trade, regulations and certifications.
• Certifications of any kind in cybersecurity are considered a plus.
• A master degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required
• Knowledge of the IT sector, with experience in promoting or selling solutions in the Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Utilities and Public Sectors, is considered positive.
• Exposures to HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn sales, Apollo. io, will be an added advantage.
• English base writing and speaking are required
