Your mission Promotion and sales of the Hongfa product range Sales and technical interface with customers Active and regular prospection for new customer research Follow-up and optimization of the distribution network Monthly reporting including forecast and project list Yearly budget and action plan Participation to events and exhibitions Your profile • Ideally, you have a University Degree in Electronic or Electric, equivalent Technical Background is also fine • Experience in promotion and sales Electronic / Electromechanical components • Technical expertise • Experience on Low Voltage Devices Business • Background in the electromechanical and/or passive components • Business fluent English and Italian for a confident appearance • Good MS-Office, SAP & CRM knowledge • Very strong communication and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal communication skills, report and presentation • Ability to manage a complex selling process • Self-motivation, confident • Ability to set and achieve goals • Stress resistant, well organized, results focused • Ability to work in an international environment • Problem Solving Approach • Teamplayer Why us?
