Your mission Promotion and sales of the Hongfa product range Sales and technical interface with customers Active and regular prospection for new customer research Follow-up and optimization of the distribution network Monthly reporting including forecast and project list Yearly budget and action plan Participation to events and exhibitions Your profile • Ideally, you have a University Degree in Electronic or Electric, equivalent Technical Background is also fine• Experience in promotion and sales Electronic / Electromechanical components• Technical expertise• Experience on Low Voltage Devices Business• Background in the electromechanical and/or passive components• Business fluent English and Italian for a confident appearance• Good MS-Office, SAP & CRM knowledge• Very strong communication and negotiation skills• Excellent verbal communication skills, report and presentation• Ability to manage a complex selling process• Self-motivation, confident• Ability to set and achieve goals• Stress resistant, well organized, results focused• Ability to work in an international environment• Problem Solving Approach• Teamplayer Why us?
