**Job Description**:
Do you have a passion for sales?
Do you enjoy to hunt for new clients and want to play a crucial role in driving revenue for a growing organisation in Italy?
We are searching for a Sales Executive to drive significant sales growth of YouGov's suite of Data products to new clients in the Italian market.
This opportunity is based in our Milan office.
You will work alongside passionate researchers who will offer technical knowledge as a perfect pair with your sales skills as a hunter.
**What will I be doing?
- Building and managing a qualified pipeline of leads through: proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking and working with in-house client management teams
- Responsible for closing opportunities and negotiating contracts
- Developing and maintaining an effective sales plan which supports growing sales within your assigned market sectors/territory, including supporting marketing efforts and planning customer engagement activities
- Building excellent relationships with key client stakeholders & decision makers to support effective selling on new opportunities
- Creating compelling collateral for client meetings
- Working with a broad range of colleagues to offer your clients the most appropriate YouGov solutions
- Engaging with relevant internal teams to support the evolution of YouGov's solutions matched to changes in customer requirements
- Networking through attending conferences and seminars

What do I need to bring with me?
- A start-up mentality: resourceful, ambitious, agile, willing to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
- Must have less than 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in data, SaaS, advertising or media industries
- The ability to engage with senior stakeholders within organizations and convey bespoke value propositions
- Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English
