Junior Sales German Speaker

Due to a constant growth, PQE Group is looking for a **Junior Sales Specialist - German Speaker** based in **Reggello (FI), ** **Italy**.
As the **next Junior Sales Specialist**:
- **German Speaker** you will support the Sales team in his business development activities.
Therefore, your **main responsibilities** would include:
- Identify and contact potential customers for sales
- Develop Strategy for business development and Increase sales by actively seeking new customers (cold calls)
- Conducting business negotiations with customers
- Preparation of commercial offers
- Preparation and approval of contracts
- Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers
- Maintaining reporting documentation
- Maintaining business correspondence with clients
- Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and decision influencers to ensure retention and relationship stability
- Build and deepen relationships with existing customers to achieve increase in sales
- Adhere to all company processes and policies, and carry the brand of the company to the next level
- Participation in different fairs and events of the company globally as per the requirement
- Managing Internal CRM tools
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- **Native in German language**:
- Fluency in English language (at least B2/C1 Level)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent use of MC Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio)
- **Availability to travel in Italy and abroad **(min 50% of working time)
**Also nice to have**:
- 1-2 Years of overall experience in sales and marketing and preferably in GMP/Pharmaceutical Industries Experience/Medical Devices field
