Lombard International Group operates through two divisions:
**Insurance carrier: Lombard International Assurance S. A.
Headquartered in Luxembourg, Lombard International Assurance S. A. is an insurance carrier specialising in manufacturing unit-linked life insurance solutions.
These solutions are distributed by various regulated intermediaries, including private banks, family offices, asset managers, independent wealth and financial advisers, wealth and insurance brokers, professional advisory firms and other advisers active in the private wealth sector.
**Distribution Companies
The Group has a number of wholly owned investment and insurance distribution businesses who market and advise on unit-linked life assurance products manufactured by Lombard International Assurance S. A.
**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
You will work at the Italian Branch in Milan and you will support the Italian Sales Team.
The role purposes are:
- supporting Senior Relationship Managers, in articulating their specific roles and responsibilities with respect to the policy team and its work;
- supporting Partners and Clients and actively contributes to the achievement of corporate and marketing objectives as defined in the business plan;providing excellent administrative and coordinative service to the Branch with a focus on meetings (including arrangements, logistics, equipment and material) and documentation (ensuring deadlines are met, documents are drafted and are in the correct format).
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- serving as note taker and preparing meeting records with partners;
- serving as spokesperson for Relationship Managers with Sales Coordination Lux;
- serving as liaison between PCS Italy and the Relationship Managers;
- completing assignments between meetings;
- preparing marketing kit for Relationship Managers if requested;
- preparing and filling Lombard documentation if requested;
- assisting private bankers during on boarding phase as well as during the maintain phase;
- serving as spokesperson for Relationship Managers with Sales Coordination Lux;
- preparing materials for Country and team meetings;
- participating actively in all weekly meetings with their supervisor;collecting and synthesizing data and information to support members' work.
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Junior Sales Intern?
- You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Accounting, Finance or Management;
- You are looking for a stage (min 6 months / max 1 year);
- You have strong communication and presentation skills;
- You have excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, planning and organizational skills;
- You are pragmatic, problem-solving and result-oriented approach;
- You are fluent in Italian with excellent writing skills and in English;
You are enthusiastic team player and self-motivated.
