Junior Sales Manager
RDM Group** is looking for a **Junior Sales Manager **to join the **Sales Solid Board Team** **based in Milan, Italy.
The **Junior **Sales Manager **is the contact person selling the **RDM SB product portfolio** in the specific area of reference to the portfolio customers and/or to the new customers.
He/She **supports and implements the solid board sales business strategy** in accordance with objectives of economic profitability and the general strategy determined by the **Country Sales Director**.
He/she is the **interface between the customers, internal services and the mills**. He/She collaborates with Regional TCS in investigating new customers needs.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Contribute to define the **budget of the plant** (tonnages and selling price); sell to assigned customers in order to achieve the budget (tons and margins); identify the decision-makers and establish the relationships with the buyer or the manager at the customer. Analyse gaps and define corrective sales actions **and manage claims** with mill support;
- **Support on** **customers** delivery helping the sales assistants;
- Support the **long-term Strategy of the Group**, across the area and assigned customers;
- **Customer relationships, negotiating approach and business development**. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good customer relations;
- Understand the **needs of customers**, provide technical solutions based on internal services and enhance the range of products;
- Establish **relationships with different business stakeholders** (e. g. customer service, credit manager, logistics department, etc. ).
**Main Qualifications**:
- Degree in Economics or equal training;
- A**round 2 years of experience in Sales role** (experience in Papermaking and/or Converting company or fast moving consumer goods industry will be considered a plus);
- **Excellent knowledge of English**. Another European language is very welcome;
- Business acumen and ability to anticipate the clients' need;
- Proactive approach, problem solving, flexibility skills and ability to think and act strategically;
- **Availability to travel**.
