Junior Sales Manager - Industrial Pumps

**About the role
The Industrial Sales Manager is responsible for sales within the Italian with a focus on selling the Industrial Pumps from the Maag Group product portfolio.
The Sales Manager maintains and develops relationships with key customers, OEM and end users, by satisfying internal and client's needs with professional standing and proactive attitude.
- Maintain and develops daily contact with existing Customers in the Chemical / Industrial field
- Produce the requested quotations in accordance to the Customer's specifications.
- Follow-up / control / correct offers in the market and generates new leads throughout the year in order to
- achieve set targets (order-intake, sales, margin, costs)
- Maintain Company's project lists CRM information updated
- Negotiate and acquire orders
- Develops new sales contacts and new sales channels / agents in the area of responsibility
- Maintain an efficient sales structure, propose actions and improvements in order to grow level of sales
- Support marketing activities such as: market analysis, participation to exhibitions and symposia
- Undertakes all needed efforts to reach or overcome the proposed and signed budget.
- Once the order is acquired, promptly and efficiently transfer the information internally to the project
- Management and the Order Processing according to the existing procedures.
- Available for travelling around Italy for 50% of working time
**Qualifications
- Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering degree
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in similar position within an industrial environment
- Previous experience in the pump industry or rotating equipment will be considered a strong asset
- Proactive commercial attitude and business oriented
- English fluent
Work Arrangement : hybrid
Travel requirements : 2-3 days a week to visit customers
