**About the role**:
As an important member of the sales team in Milan, you will market our entire portfolio of video/display ad formats and services primarily to media agencies in Milan.
You are responsible for a portfolio of new and existing customers, whom you accompany through the entire media buying process and give professional advice.
To do this, you work hand in hand with our internal sales, marketing, and campaign management.

**What you will be doing**:
- You supervise existing agencies and are responsible for the qualified expansion of the new business - you transform a young portfolio of new customers into loyal existing customers
- You are in close cooperation with campaign management to ensure the success of every campaign for your customers (Customer Success Management)
- Manage a large agency portfolio Identify new opportunities to leverage business and relationships
- Attend weekly meetings/presentations with agencies to discuss client schedules
- Advise clients and create brand loyalty
- Push our products
- Negotiate sales contracts
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business
- Achieve sales targets
- Proposing Ogury solutions in customised PPT decks that outline the response to the business opportunity
- Updating SalesForce database throughout the process
**About You**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally on the agency side or within an ad technology company
- Degree in Media, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detailExceptional communication skillsProficiency in Excel and PPT
- You will be extremely well connected within all the major local advertising agencies
- You will have an excellent track record of prospecting and selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape.
- You will have an intimate knowledge of everything digital and have an understanding of online video
- You have a proven track record of winning large accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams
- Solution driven mentality
