(Junior) Sales Manager - New Business (F/M/D)
Purpose of position
As (Junior) Sales Manager - New Business you will be responsible for bringing new business to the company.
In this role, you will prospect, approach and create new opportunities with mid-size advertisers, top brands and agencies, while ensuring goal margins and exclusivity.
Your main market focus will be Italy.
**Key Tasks
- Italian Market Sales development plan
- New clients leads evaluation and qualification
- Manage inbound and outbound leads
- Onboarding of the clients in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Selling all Awin product and marketing portfolio using effective presentations
- Foster collaboration with agencies
- Meet sales targets in terms of quality and quantity within the different industries/verticals.
**Skills & Expertise
- At least 2 years of experience in the Sales area or similar (Affiliate Marketing background is not mandatory)
- Good knowledge of the industry, especially of performance/affiliate marketing including different publisher models and technical expertise would be a plus
- Passionate and highly motivated about selling/consulting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian language
- Knowledge of sales and presentation techniques
- Highly organized and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously
- Fluent/native English (C1) both verbal and written
- Solid skills in Excel/PowerPoint
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
