Junior Sales Specialist Apple - Stage
About the role: At the moment we are looking for a Sales Specialist in Apple Business Unit with main focus on Apple Sales Operations.
The person will have experience in managing orders and requests for selling Apple's portfolio, building excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
Key Area of activities and responsibilities:Supports in managing orders and requests related to Apple's product portfolio, in a timely and customer-oriented way.
Supports in providing the best answers to the customer's request, collaborating with the BU team.
Supports in having a general conversation around a solution/product area. Builds Excellent customer relationships.
Engages in active inside selling. Supports in managing customer backorder expectations and reporting. What we are looking for:High school diploma or graduation in business or technical.
Willingness to learn in quick working environment.
Result orientation and personal organization
Good communication and teamwork
Proactive attitude
