Randstad Italy SpA is seeking a Junior Sales Specialist for a prestigious multinational company

in the Telecommunications sector.

Location: Milan

Contract Type: One-year contract with potential for renewal. This position is offered through Randstad Italia SpA, an outsourcing partner for the multinational company. Please apply only if you are open to this type of contract arrangement.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role focuses on managing day-to-day sales activities,

including sales data analysis, reporting, and leading regular sales meetings. The position will also

involve overseeing sales projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Sales Targets: Set annual sales and revenue goals, organize them into actionable targets,  and track progress to ensure goals are met. Perform routine sales management,  including data analysis, reporting, and meetings. Sales Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline and key projects, track order and revenue forecasts, and provide progress updates and risk assessments to support business decisions. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales projects, from initiation to completion. Address any issues that arise, coordinate resources, and ensure project milestones are met, improving overall project performance. Sales Processes: Improve and enforce sales management processes and regulations,  ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the law.
