**About The Role
- Be responsible for the promotion of products to the respective stakeholder in the assigned territory.
**You will work with
You will collaborate closely with your assigned Territory Manager with the goal to identify the right customer targets for our product options according to corporate strategy.
**Responsibilities
- Defining and driving your activities on your territory and by coordinating with the local field team composed by yourself, TM and commission agents.
- Being accountable in terms of scientific updates on products.
- To be of support in the operating room to all HCP team in safely and effectively implanting the products according to surgical techniques
- Implementing and delivering solutions to the relevant stakeholders.
- Collecting and sharing insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem.
- Building relationships with the health care professionals and health care structures for the introduction of Biocomposites solutions.
- Being responsible of the activity plan execution in the own territory accounts in respect of the laws, the ethics and compliance governing the medical device professionals.
- Progressively become experts in the procurement code and tenders
- Presence at Congress and supporting and developing side events on products
- Able to promote with your effective "public speaking" organizing products road shows
**For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree of sciences or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- **An experience in bone and soft tissue infection solutions is a strong asset**:
- Capacity to identify and analyze opportunities and problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements
- Identify and map the key influencers in the healthcare environment
- Understand the health ecosystem and how it changes over time, and use that to inform access strategy and planning
- Identify networking opportunities to enhance the value offering to patients
- Represent the patient unmet needs during stakeholder engagements.
- Manage available resources and processes needed to secure them and consider patient value when making resource decisions
- Review plan outcomes and update
- Open to change and to embrace new challenges
- Italian & English: good level in reading, speaking, writing and understanding
