What You'll Do: As a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be involved in supporting all phases of CRM campaigns, with a strong focus on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to achieve concrete sales goals through digital channels.

Campaign Support: Assisting in the creation and implementation of CRM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels).

Automation Assistance: Contributing to the ideation, design, and implementation of personalized automations and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Data Management Support: Writing and executing SQL queries to segment audiences and manage data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Personalization Assistance: Using AMPscript to personalize email content and create dynamic landing pages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Collaborating on the personalization of communications through dynamic content and AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Analysis Support: Assisting in the analysis of CRM campaign performance, using data from various sources and Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting.

Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (e. g. , Media, Analytics) and clients to ensure the success of campaigns.

What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone with:

Passion for Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Strong interest in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and digital marketing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or related fields.

Basic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (even through courses or internships).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with writing and executing SQL queries.

Basic understanding of AMPscript is a plus.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

English: Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Soft Skills: Proactivity, ability to work in a team, goal-oriented, and a desire to learn.
