Position – Role required GMM, General Medical Merate, in the perspective of an evolution that it is undertaking, is looking for an employee for Junior Service Technician.

Job Description We are looking for a young service technician passionate about technology (electronics and mechanics) to join our technical support team.

Responsibilities And Tasks Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers; Perform scheduled routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions; Manage the installation of new equipment at customer sites; Prepare technical documentation and complete reports regarding interventions performed; Maintain activity reports, ensuring quality and timeliness of operations.

Experience And Skills Diploma or degree in technical disciplines (electronics, mechanics, engineering, etc.

); Passion for technology and technical assistance; Good manual skills, precision, and attention to detail; Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Excellent communication skills and customer orientation; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Availability for occasional travel to customer locations.
