What you'll be doing. . .

To assist in the maintenance of the financial records of the Italian Management Company and in producing, in a timely manner, accurate management accounts and balance sheets.

This role is also responsible for preparing reconciliations, consolidations, and relevant reporting in accordance with the accounting timetable.

To be the main interface on all charges/income between McArthurGlen centres and other Management companies and the Italian Management Company.

**To be successful you'll bring. . .

- Accounting experience / qualifications on Italian GAAP

- Experience in industry or commerce rather than practice, ideally gained in a retail or property environment

- Substantial knowledge of Double Entry Bookkeeping

- A sound knowledge of reconciliation techniques

- Team player

- Ability to work within budget and to deadlines

- IT Skills: Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Advanced Excel

- Proactive and confident
