**Job Description**:

For our office in Genova, we are looking for a

**Junior Shop Operations Specialist** (all genders) - Fixed term contract

In this role you support the increase of the shop conversion rate by accurate and timely different operative tasks management with local customer-centricity focus.

**Your tasks**:

- Copy, optimize, edit and prepare products, product groups, product changes/relaunch

- Create & check promotions as well as optimize visibility of most relevant

- Briefing & upload of banners to optimize PG navigation and visibility on a local base

- Create landing pages & content pages

**Qualifications**:

- Communication and/or digital marketing degree

- native in Italian and proficient in English

- computer savvy and basic knowledge on graphics software (Photopea)

- accurate and attentive to details
