This new phase will need a strong structuring process of the company organization and therefore Leaf Space is searching for a Junior Sites Manager As our Junior Sites Manager, you will be working within the Global Infrastructure department, whose core responsibility is to orchestrate the global expansion of Leaf Space Ground Segment infrastructure network.
The multidisciplinary team, composed by Sites Manager, Ground station system engineers, AIT specialists and Space Regulatory Specialists deeply interact between each other, with the Operations Department, Business Development and Sales department to define and constantly update the Deployment Plan strategy finalizing the necessary technical and economical evaluations, solution identifications and agreement finalizations required for the successful expansion of Leaf Space Ground Segment as a Service capacity.
RESPONSABILITIES Conduct sites identification and evaluation activities aimed to identify new hosting opportunities globally.
Maintain and expand Leaf Space worldwide Sites Database.
Assist with the preparation of RFPs and proposal evaluation for technical and economical compliance.
Assist with the preparation and execution of contractual documents.
Assist with developing the required documentation for the proper management and execution of Leaf Space deployment plan.
Assist with the sites design and technical layout definition, site surveys, and frequency interference surveys Assist in negotiations with hosting partners for the successful Leaf Line network implementation Assist with developing and finalizing strategic partnerships aimed at enhancing Leaf Space market positioning for the successful expansion of the ground segment as a service network.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS BSc Aerospace, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering or relevant degree with solid attitude in processing technical information.
Basic understanding of LEO/MEO orbital parameters and ground coverage.
Awareness of technical, commercial and legal requirements involved in the development of civil works and ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings.
Understanding of RF basics, telecommunication systems and interferences events will be considered a plus.
Good attitude for negotiations, basics in dealing with business considerations and budget management.
English is our official language, so fluent knowledge and understanding is required.
Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capability of creating relationships and facilitating communication between teams.
Dynamic and creative mindset with a proven capacity of thinking out of the box.
