**Posizione**:

Mediobanca is looking for a **Junior Specialist** to support the **Investor Relations team** within the Group Strategy and Investor Relations division.

Group Strategy and Investor Relations division provides support to the CEO and the Executive Board with the purpose of developing the Group's long-term business strategies.

Moreover, to ensure that the market has a comprehensive and continuous understanding of our strategic developments, this unit nurtures an effective and constant communication with the international financial community for equity, credit and ESG topics.

Key responsibilities of the Investor Relations team are:

- managing relations with the financial community (domestic and foreign, institutional investors and retail, analysts, rating agencies, proxy advisors), to foster the creation of a base of investors for the medium/long term for equities and bonds, targeting investors

- prepare press releases and institutional presentations for the Board of Directors and the markets of reference for quarterly results, acquisitions, strategic plan

- modelling

**Requisiti**:

**Required skills

- Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

- previous 1/2 years of experience as sell side / buy side equity analyst in FIG sector, investment banking, investor relations, credit agencies

- outstanding academic results

- sound knowledge of financial analysis, modelling and valuation (advanced excel knowledge)

- advanced English, written and spoken

**Soft skills

- highly motivated, combining strategic thinking, hardworking attitude and attention to details

- ability to work in team in a flexible and proactive way
