Junior Store Manager
Operational Management of the Store Located in Via Della Spiga 33, Milan. Daily management activities of the store. Planning and implementation of visual merchandising strategies, ensuring that products are attractively presented and consistent with the brand image. Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Inventory management, including receiving goods, inventory control, and order planning to prevent overstocking or product shortages. Customer Assistance
Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues effectively. Supervise and train store staff on effective sales techniques and customer service standards. Promote loyalty programs and other promotional initiatives to encourage repeat sales and enhance the customer experience. Sales and Promotions
Monitor store sales performance and contribute to the definition of sales goals and strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and special events in-store. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to propose improvements or changes to product and marketing strategies. Reporting and Administration
Prepare regular sales reports and other management reports for supervisors. Ensure that all financial transactions in the store are handled with integrity and transparency. Maintain accurate documentation related to sales, returns, exchanges, and other commercial transactions. A Junior Store Manager must possess excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the fashion industry and the specific needs of customers for clothing, shoes, and luxury bags. They must be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, often under pressure, while maintaining a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
