For our power plants in Germany, we are looking for young graduates in technical disciplines to be employed in the role of Junior Supervisor.

We are looking for young graduates to begin an On-the-Job training program at our Power Plant in Germany.

Each candidate, based on their aptitude and inclination, will be paired with and trained in a specific discipline (civil, structures, boiler mechanic, rotating machinery, piping, electrical, instrumentation, commissioning).

The resource, supported by their supervisor, will alternate between field tasks to understand the ongoing construction process and office tasks to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc documentation and reports.

Together with their supervisor, they will oversee the construction activities (with company personnel and equipment) or subcontracted tasks.

It will be necessary to understand the alignment between the project documents, the available materials and equipment, and the construction sequences.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in technical disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical. . . ) Good knowledge of English Availability to assignments to UE and Extra-UE projects Location: Germany near Stoccarda
