**Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a **Junior Suppliers Back-Office** to help us reach our organic goals.
**What you will do**:
- Follow back-office activities and relationships with international suppliers.
- Manage and modify purchasing orders on ERP based on necessities.
- Follow up on suppliers' deliveries and returns of merchandise.
- Manage and check suppliers documents such as agreement letters, orders invoices, delivery notes.
- Work with Buying Team, Logistics and Customer Service do manage orders details, discrepancies and defects in received goods, clients claims for defective items.
**Requirements for this role**:
- Full proficiency in Italian and English
- Good knowledge of Excel and AS400
- Understanding of sales, stock, profit and markdown key indicators
- 2 years of experience as commercial back-office at least preferably in fashion industry
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve
- Ability to work as part of a team
**Preferred skills**:
- French or other language is a plus
