- Fluent in English and Italian

In this role you will support proactively the Supply Chain Co-pilot in facilitating a fact-based decision-making process, based on quality and on time reporting through consistent relations with all the stakeholders, transparency, and financial knowledge.

You will be responsible of providing insightful analysis and business planning, support and challenge Supply Chain Leadership Team in the target achievements.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR SUPPLY CHAIN CONTROLLER

- Budget and Dynamic Forecast preparation regarding Variable Distribution Expenses, Fixed Distribution Expenses and Extended Bad Goods

- Ensure financial information and effective communication to Supply Chain community for decision making and to anticipate risks and opportunities by assessing the likelihood of their realisation

- Support and challenge Supply Chain Leadership Team in order to achieve targets

- Active role in business operational reviews

- Support business innovation and renovation of products

- Support business in project evaluations

- Timely and accurate reporting

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

- 1 year work experience in Finance in the controlling area.

Supply Chain analytical experience is a plus

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering

- Good organizational, analytical and planning skills combined with a marked curiosity and a strong passion for controlling

- Pragmatical and fact-based mindset

- Good communication skills and able to influence others

- Ability to work in team always providing one's own individual added value

- Capability to work under stress

- Advanced Excel skills

- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus

- Proficiency in English and Italian
