**What you will be doing

Reporting to the Head of Facility Management you will be involved in all the main processes for the management of the internal facility services and you will support the team within the daily office activities and need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the supply chain by managing the delivery of business materials to new merchants;

- Support the supply chain activities by collaborating in the production, restock forecasts, cost analysis and warehouse management;

- Take ownership of supporting the business activities by providing business materials to our business developers on the field;

- Support the team by participating to the organisation of the logistics aspects of internal events;

- Support the team by collaborating in the organisation of logistics services related to our offices such as shipments and internal warehouse management;
