We are looking for a **Junior Sustainability Specialist** to join the Sustainability team, directly reporting to the head of the function.

Main duties:

- Coordination and deployment of reporting, limited-assurance and disclosures processes at global level, including the materiality analysis at the basis, as per relevant regulations and international standards require (e. g.

GRI Standards)

- Contribute to the definition of presentations and communication disclosures as requested, also liaising with Internal Communication, External Communication functions as needed

- Duly and timely fill and update relevant ratings and indexes as requested (Ecovadis, CDP, SP's, MSCI etc.

), also liaising with relevant functions

- Collection and analysis of internal & external stakeholders' inquiries, with duly and timely contribution to address such inquiries as requested, also through presentations / documentation elaboration

- Global monitoring and analysis of regulations and standards, best practices, etc.

in order to anticipate any risk and opportunity

- Operative support on administration activities related to the function

**Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Scientific Master's degree

- Excellent English language proficiency

- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience (incl.

Ecovadis, CDP, SP's etc.

)

- GRI Professional Certification Program
