Position**:

Join our dynamic **Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding**team, where you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals within the Talent & Organization function.

**Job responsibilities**:

In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in the following activities of the function:

- **Internship Management**:Contribute to the entire internship management process, from recruitment and administrative management to collaborations with educational institutions.

- **Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination**:Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for the internship program.

- **Data Analysis and Monitoring**:Monitor KPIs through talent insights tools such as the Internal Application Tracking System and PowerBI.

**Profile**:

**-**Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields.

**-**Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (advanced used of Excel and PowerPoint).

Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-working attitude.

- Fluency in English and Italian.

- A t least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist
