We work with key actors in the Aeronautics & Space, Defense & Naval, Security, Automotive, Rail, Energy, Life Sciences, Finance, Retail, Telecommunications and Services sectors. What will you be doing?
• Finding the right candidates in cooperation with the Business Managers• Understanding the profiles to be hired in accordance with our client's requirements in the Life Sciences industry• Headhunting and mapping processes between candidates and current open positions• Strategic and operational responsibility for the recruitment process, active sourcing and candidate pipeline• Follow up on the recruitment process: first contact with candidates worldwide, explain both project and position, discuss availabilities and interest• Progressively build your own network of experts• Propose new approaches based in the trends in the Italian market• Plan interviews with business managers and follow-up• Become a trustful and reliable partner for your business managers by providing regular feedback about your assignment to support the development of their business units• Draft, post job ads and manage the applications received• Participate in recruitment weekly meetings with the business team• Bring weekly and monthly recruiting reports to your managerWhat are we looking for? • Native level of Italian and fluent level of English• Bachelor/Master in Human Resources or a similar field• Ideally 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills• You are curious, a multitasker, goal-oriented, and passionate about Recruitment• Tenacity and resilience will be real assets for this position• Good command of Excel• Based in Milan or willing to relocate to Milan.
