Be one of our sensational talent We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our local recruitment team based in Bologna, Italy. On joining, you will be a part of an expanding team who are assisting CRIF reach their growth in Italy. You will be given the opportunity to build a career within an international, dynamic and award-winning organization. Responsibilities You will take responsibility for the recruitment life cycle for different types of positions, from junior to senior roles (starting from analyzing the requirements and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates). Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage, and onboarding. Deliver a first-class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers. Be proactive in identifying new candidates for new positions across Italy with proactive search through our channels. Use our sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents. Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position. Satisfy applications on the staff recruiting within the established terms. Job briefing and job advertisements posting by using different social media and networks channels. Take part together with the team in different events such as job fairs, company's open door days, conferences, etc. Must have 1-2 years of experience in recruiting in IT, Business, and Consulting (preferably in digital, banking, and consultancy firms). Rich sourcing experience using traditional and non-traditional sources like databases, networks, job boards, and social media. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other commonly used software together with LinkedIn. Full cycle recruiting experience supporting hiring managers by delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-oriented business model. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills, especially articulation of strategy, priorities, and progress/results. English is a must, at least a B2 level; other European languages are considered a plus. Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical).
