FLAME is an industry leader in the influencer management and marketing landscape, part of Dust group, representing a world class portfolio of diverse social media-oriented personalities, creators, and publishers.

The resource will become part of the management division of Dust group supporting the management of digital talents from personal branding to the creation of ad hoc strategies for customers.

The resource will deal mainly with the commercial aspects related to the world of influencers, designing communication projects built on individual influencers and managing contacts autonomously as well as collaborations.

REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

- Excellent English

- Detailed knowledge of web and digital communication strategies

- Knowledge of the world of digital influencers (fashion, beauty, lifestyle) is required

- Attitude for business relationships and excellent interpersonal skills

- Problem solving, flexibility and strong orientation to achieve objectives

- Strong desire to work in talent representation

- 1 or 2 year of experience in a talent agency is a plus
