Main Tasks**:

- Provides support to the relevant OU within the Corporate Functions

- Support activities for companies in the approval of active invoices

- Request for tax certificates

- Preparation of tax documentation to support participation in tenders

- Support in the activity related to the periodic obligations of the Italian companies of the group

- Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS

**Desired skills **and experience**:

- Hold a Degree in Economics or a similar qualification

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Fluent in spoken and written English

**Desired soft skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationship

- Goal oriented attitude to work
