Job Description Summary**:
Junior Field Service Engineer - APPRENTICE (ROMA)
**Description**:
The Junior Field Service Engineer will be trained to become an expert Field Services Engineer, responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer's equipment and driving customer satisfaction through service excellence.
The resource will be based in (ROME) or willing to relocate.
**Key Responsibilities/essential functions include**:
- Perform preventive maintenance on the installed base and total system-level troubleshooting, after receiving appropriate and certified formal training and on the job training, to ensure service repair needs on designated equipment are addressed.
- Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues.
Acts to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.
Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
- Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery
- Ensures timely completion of jobs assigned, including administration tasks.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or similar field, or High specialization technical Diploma (ITS, ITIS) and basic experience on the field and with the customer.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
- Passionate problem solver and attitude to perform under pressure
- Ability in interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
- Based in (ROME) area or able to relocate
- Good level of English
- Fluent in Italian
- EU Work Permit
**We offer an Apprentice contract, lasting 30 months.
Apprentice contract is available for people below 30 years.
