Job Description: Junior Technician - Remazel Engineering Remazel is headquartered in Chiuduno (BG, Italy) and has offices in Trieste (TS, Italy), Shanghai (CN) and Rio De Janeiro (BR); the team counts about 180 employees.

We're excited to announce that we're looking for Junior Technicians to join our mechanical, hydraulic and electric teams.

Activities Execute site activities offshore or onshore based on operational requests under the coordination of the Senior Tech and Team leader.

Perform the activities according to the technical specifications and the HSE rules.

Provide feedback and improvement inputs to collaborators to improve efficiency and safety levels.

Draft site reports including descriptions of the activities performed, open points and spare requirements.

Draft timesheets based on working hours.

Requirements Education level: technical courses.

English level: basic oral communication.

IT knowledge: Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Autocad (optional).

The ideal candidate has adequate professional experience and the following competences:

Mechanical: Basic reading of mechanical drawings (sections, tolerances).

Define assembly sequences.

Use of simple measuring tools (caliper, gauges, etc. ).

Knowledge of assembly techniques (gears matching, coupling alignment, bearings assembly).

Use of standard tools for heavy machinery (torque wrenches, enerpac cylinders, heating elements for bearing installation).

Basic knowledge of some machining processes and site adjustment techniques.

Maintenance of mechanical components, gearboxes, brakes, bearings, assembly of mechanical systems.

Basic knowledge of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders) and their maintenance specifics.

Hydraulic: Basic reading of hydraulic schematics.

Knowledge of hydraulic principles and main components and safety rules.

Maintenance and basic functional knowledge of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders) and their maintenance specifics.

Electrical: Basic reading of electrical schematics.

Knowledge of electrical principles and main components and safety rules.

Maintenance and basic functional knowledge of electrical components and their maintenance specifics.

Basic knowledge of Atex requirements.

Personal Skills Attention to detail and precision.

Reactivity and proactivity.

Flexibility to adapt to new situations.

Ability and interest in continuous learning.

Availability to travel.
