Key Activities & Accountabilities

Know the processes and procedures that can be implemented in the Department and participate in their implementation on the basis of operational experience Know and use the functionalities of the company tools Work synergistically with the team and with all Company functions (Sales / MKT / enabling functions) within the internal processes of the department Propose solutions for the operational problems encountered in day-to-day operations Sharing with the team any information useful for better process management or training enrichment necessary for daily operations.

Make the aforementioned information accessible through meeting tutorials and any useful and effective means for sharing Collaborate in all activities related to the management of the tender (requests for payments, certificates, monitoring of expenses. . . ) and to the implementation of the Company and Department KPIs Actively collaborate in the training of new resourcesPromoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behaviour).

Fulfil the quality policy and comply with company's standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones
