On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Junior Tender Specialist to lead accelerated, broad market and patient access for Company's key brands.

The successful candidate will support the company tender in participating in public and private tender procedures of interest to the company in compliance with Italian law, with Italian documentation and with the policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Identification of public tender procedures and private offers of interest to Incyte using regional portals (es.

SINTEL, SAT-ER, SO.

RE.

SA ecc) and CONSIP.

Support in the preparation of administrative, technical and economic documentation for tenders.

Support in updating the tender archive.

Support to customer service activities.

REQUIREMENTS: Law or Economic Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

6 months in tendering process preferred.

Passionate team player focusing on solutions and outcomes.

Very strong communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset.

Creativity and openness to new ideas as well as an affinity for analytical thinking.

Solution oriented and task driven.

Very good spoken and written English.

Very good knowledge of MS Office RESIDENCE REQUIRED: Lombardy - Office in Milan TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed term contract 1 year IQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.
