Job DescriptionWithin our approachable, friendly, and team-based way of working, you will collaborate with the Team that advises on a full spectrum of financial products for the most influential financial institutions on the Italian scene, including banks, investors, sponsors, and lenders – including private equity funds – as well as large corporations.

Our way of working is based on an international environment, with a high level of collaboration and frequent contacts with other Clifford Chance offices around the world with the aim of guaranteeing the best possible service to our clients.

From your first day with us, you will have varied opportunities to grow continuously and develop your skills and knowledge through formal training, informal coaching and mentoring, skills-based and technical training, and on-the-job learning.

QualificationsYou are ideally a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Law Master's course, with an excellent academic background and a strong command of the English language. You are interested in starting your career in Global Financial Markets and have explored the subject during your studies through in-depth study, internships, campus experiences, or summer schools. You will be a self-starter and a team player with strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills, capable of leading deals while managing different work-streams.
