**THE IMPACT**:

Support executions of training plans, in line with the company strategy and training needs of all departments

**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Plan and organize training courses

- Prepare the didactic material for the training courses (records, facilities booking, ecc. . )

- Monitor the training courses through feedback forms

- Store all informations (didactic materials, attendance, ecc. . ) in SuccessFactors LMS.

- Support the Onboarding process and the EHS training.

**Requisiti**:

- Recent graduate or student in Business, Economics, Law or similar (Master in human resources management will be considered a plus)

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management

- Knowledge of LMS will be considered a plus

- Excellent communication, precision and attention to details will complete the profile
