As a Junior Treasury Specialist, you'll gain hands-on experience in treasury operations and cash management, while supporting the team with key financial processes. Your Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position, ensuring liquidity is maintained for operational needs. Oversee cash forecasting, short-term borrowing, and investment management to maximize cash utilization and minimize financial risk. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and treasury procedures. Work closely with internal teams to optimize cash management processes and align financial strategies with business objectives. Assist in managing foreign exchange risk and hedging strategies. Analyze and report on treasury operations, including cash flow trends and investment performance. Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Support with treasury-related audits and regulatory filings. What We're Looking For: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience are welcome Basic knowledge of financial concepts like corporate finance. Interest in finance is a plus.
