The Role: As the Junior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative digital experiences to meet customers' needs by championing Italian regional requirements across multiple teams and projects.

The ideal candidate will have good experience as UX Designer, a solid understanding of user research and fluency in English, as this role requires liaising across different locales.

Your Impact: Understanding the Italian regional landscape to ensure all interfaces are focused on our user needsContributing to user research such as usability testing, user interviews and focus groupsTranslating users' needs into tangible business deliverables such as wireframes, test hypothesis, and insight reportsCreating, monitoring and reporting on regional A/B testing, as well as provide support to the EMEA UX DesignerDigesting regional user feedback and reporting issues back to the wider businessProviding digital best practice for the wider teamWho You Are: You are collaborative and able to present and communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsA self-motivator and able to work on multiple projectsYou are able to quickly and effectively problem solveYou have great attention to detailWe would Love to Hear from People with: Prior experience as UX DesignerProficiency working in a wireframing tool such as Figma, Adobe XD or SketchKnowledge of HTML and CSS is a plusAny other additional European language skills is a plus but not essentialWhat We Will Give You: 28 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays & some time away from work – on top of generous holiday allowance, we can generally take advantage of half day Fridays providing our work is finished for the week.
