Mission**:

Contribute to build & implement the communication VIP relations strategy & plan defined for the area of responsibility, aimed at increasing Brand visibility and awareness through VIP personalities and influencers.

Contribute to produce press contents to support the product/corporate launches.

Ensure alignment to Corporate guidelines.

**Main Accountabilties**:

- International communications: Liaising with Bulgari International PR network.

Give contribution to the core activities, aimed at increasing the overall global PCO (Press and Coverage Observatory) and Digital results

- Contribute to the production of press materials: Support in sending out press releases and liaising with Bulgari PR network (such as texts, photos etc. )

according with Business Units inputs and Global Marketing&Communication guidelines

- VIP dressings: help the supervisor proposing products with customized look-books to celebrity stylists, influencers and socialites for Bulgari events and others such as the Oscars, Cannes, and sample trafficking during product launches

- Influencer Marketing: systematic reporting on digital influencers, post-event recaps including KPI's, ROI, analytics for editorially driven events, products and contents

- VIP personal assistance: give support, together with the travel office, to the coordination of all arrangements and various bookings for Celebrities and Influencers who attend Bulgari events

- Support the supervisor on the event co-ordination and logistics for Celebrities and Influencers at Bulgari events

- Business development: Nourishing relationships and contacts with established and emerging talent representatives (agents, stylists, managers, publicists)

- Contribute to the production of content for VIP interviews and celebrity-driven cover shoots and editorials

- Support VIP gifting process and contacts with markets

- Support budget monitor

- Monitor all celebrity-driven press clippings and collect them in systematic recaps

- Execution of presentations, reports and proposals

**Profile**:

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in communication/marketing/business or similar fields

- 1 year experience in the PR field

- Reporting, analytics, monitoring tools, statistics

- Budget and reporting techniques

- Excellent presentation skills (visual and content, reporting)

- Communication techniques, tools and channels
