Junior Web Analyst
The position is based in our HQ in Rome and part of the Data Global team.
The Web Analyst will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on Fendi websites providing rich insights and recommendations to support the business strategy and understanding of consumer behaviour online.
He/she will produce and optimize weekly, monthly reports and dashboards based on gold-standard platforms like Google Analytics and Dynamic Yield, focusing on overall and behavioural KPIs, funnel exploration, and AB testing performance both at WW and Zone level.
The Web Analyst will manage requirements for setting up and maintaining tracking of key web metrics on Fendi websites ensuring data accuracy as part of content setup and validation process.
He/she will work closely with our Digital and Analytics teams and elevate building Fendi's data-driven culture day by day.
**_ Main Responsibilities:_
- Develop reports & dashboards relevant to business requirements, analyse existing system and understand new needs of the team
- Implement and maintain digital analytics tools and tagging across Fendi websites through Google Tag Manager
- Manage the Google Analytics tracking vendor, suggesting improvements or best tagging practices and identifying possible anomalies in data collection
- Provide insights into online customer behavior through analysis of customer journeys using ContentSquare
- Support in CRO and A/B Testing projects by driving and evangelise A/B testing capabilities and initiatives
- Support in web personalization activities, by configuring and improving the effectiveness of the product recommendation settings through Dynamic Yield
- Monitor key competitors and best in class online retailers to identify new areas of opportunity and emerging trends
- Support on GA4 migration and tracking plan
**Profile**:
- Passion for web analytics and optimisation
- 1-3 years of experience in Web Analysis with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and AB testing platforms in B2C environment
- Hands-on experience with heatmapping, journey analysis and behavioral analytics tools (ContentSquare or similar)
- Proven skills on Google Analytics platform, Google Data Studio, MS Power BI or any data visualization tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Extremely organized and high attention to luxury and detail
- Fluency in English
