**Posizione**:
The Junior Wholesale Area Manager will manage, maintain, and develop the distribution in accordance with the brand strategy including the following responsibilities:
- Implementation of the strategic business plan set by the general manager in the dedicated territory
- Ensuring the development of the sales in defining and discussing budgets along growth objectives with key partners
- Market visits to propose and discuss the distribution strategies within the territory in accordance with the brand's positioning
- Develop new and existing business and maintain key relationships with wholesale accounts
- Define trade terms in alignment with the turnover and margin targets
- Manage the sales campaign for the territory from the Milan showroom
- Work closely with customer service and finance team monitoring shipments and payments to ensure delivery flow throughout the season
- Assisting the buying process of the wholesale partners to ensure a qualitative representation of the brand
- Stock Analysis of partners and in-season replenishments.
- Weekly Sell Through analysis of key players and seasonal market performance analysis of the entire network
- Execute staff training with key accounts and visual merchandising
- Ensure to maximise brand exposure and define brand positioning within each POS
- Support and update customer mapping and internal CRM systems
- Identify market trends and provide qualitative feedback on the collection to support the product team
- Support marketing in regional activations such as pop up and events
**Requisiti**:
Experience of minimum 1-2 years in a similar role preferably from a Fashion Luxury Industry background
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the wholesale network
- Proven track record in sales and in establishing relationships with key accounts
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Sales-oriented and excellent commercial negotiation skills
- Product and competition awareness
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work effectively independently
- Highly motivated with a hands-on mentality and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal skills in German and English as a must, additional languages welcome
- Willingness to travel extensively
