**Juniot IT Consultant**:

HSPI S. p. A, a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for Junior IT Consultants for expansion and staff enhancement.

The resources will be included in a multidisciplinary work team and will be in charge of IT Strategy & Service Management for one of our main clients in the Public Administration sector.

**Main responsibilities**:

Service management activities for managing collaborative agreements between P. A.

entities;

PMO of project initiatives and financial reporting;

ITIL process map review activities through sharing with stakeholders the revisions and evolutions to be made to processes, procedures and operating instructions;

Supporting the reporting of PNRR initiatives through discussion with the client's control group on the progress of project activities in terms of time and cost;

Support the evolution of the strategic plan and governance model for the digital strategy.

**Technical skills required**:

Knowledge of ITIL framework;

Excellent knowledge of Excel;

Planning and project management skills.

**Educational background**:

- Diploma or Degree in technical, scientific, engineering, economic disciplines.

Prior experience of 1/2 years in the role or experience in information systems or IT consulting will be considered a plus.

Good communication, excellent analytical, interpersonal, flexibility and problem solving skills, plus a strong orientation towards teamworking to achieve results, complete the profile.
