More at www.k-way.com Who we are looking for We are looking for a new resource to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer Secretary for K-Way S. p. A. The new resource will be responsible for managing the following tasks, ensuring that each aspect is handled with attention to detail and in alignment with company objectives. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role within large, structured organizations; A degree or a higher education diploma; Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and office work tools; Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of additional languages is a plus); Flexibility; willingness to travel for work if required; ability to adapt to unforeseen needs; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, courtesy, and absolute discretion. Key responsibilities Managing the CEO's schedule: planning appointments, meetings, and events; Coordinating business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, and logistics; Preparing and managing documents, presentations, and administrative tasks related to the CEO's daily needs; Screening incoming communications, such as emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing and handling them as necessary; Managing documentation while ensuring maximum discretion and confidentiality. The position will be based between K-Way S. p. A. 's offices in Turin ( Largo Maurizio Vitale, n. 1 ) and Milan ( Via dell'Aprica, n. 12 ).
