**Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our **K-Way International Sales team** and provide essential support in various **back-office activities**.
As a International Sales Intern, the individual's goal is to support the team with an **analytical mindset** approach. We are looking for someone who will work with data and has a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in **IT tools** such as MS Office and CRM systems is essential.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required_
- Successfully completed a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a business management master program or an equivalent and have already acquired some initial practical work experience;
- strong command of English;
- profound conceptual skills and excellent working knowledge of MSOffice, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- your work is detail-oriented, efficient and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform;
- your approaches are markedly pragmatic and solution-oriented and you are able to work both on a team and independently;
- you demonstrate strong analytical reasoning skills and contribute to the team spirit through your curiosity and passion for new challenges.
At the end of the internship, if successful, there will be a direct placement in the company.
**Key responsabilities
- Support the Sales International team with fact-based decision-making, analysis and board-level presentations for internal as well as external events;
- support in the analyses of sales performances and identify business potentials across brands, channels & regions;
- conceptually and analytically support sales projects that help achieving the company's goals;
- support to drive the wholesale business holistically and ensure strategies are understood, aligned across the organization and executed in a result-oriented manner;
- translate market and customer trends into relevant initiatives;
- identify innovative distribution formats, develop new ideas and commercial strategies to enthuse partners and consumers.
