Position: Sales AssistantFor our K-Way outlet store at the Fidenza outlet, we are looking for a Sales Assistant with experience in fashion retail. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently looks appealing to encourage sales by maintaining order, cleanliness, and completeness of the product assortment. You should ensure courtesy, positivity, and kindness while collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities:Assist customers with sales;Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department;Keep the store orderly and clean;Manage the fitting rooms following company guidelines;Handle cash register operations. Requirements:Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);Excellent knowledge of the English language;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours. Initial employment is expected with a fixed-term part-time contract of 30 hours.
