International Leading Company Premium Products Azienda Our client is a Leading Beauty Company.
Offerta The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with key clients (premium retailers, perfumeries, drugstores, specialized resellers, pharmacies and distributors).
Key Responsibilities: Develop Business Plans with Customers in line with brand strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial activities and client needs.
Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify sell-in and sell-out growth opportunities.
Develop customized strategic plans for each account aimed at increasing sell-out and product visibility in store.
Drive sales growth through marketing investments, promotional activities and customer collaborations.
Execute and track customer initiatives, from planning to evaluation, with excellence.
Conduct negotiations for commercial agreements, promotions, and marketing activities in line with company policies and customer P&L. Manage budgets and promotional investments.
Monitor and analyze sales, market share, and product performance for each account.
Provide regular reports to management on activities, results, and any potential issues related to key accounts.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Trade Marketing and other internal and external teams to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and merchandising materials.
Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with client needs and market characteristics.
Monitor product positioning in the market, managing the portfolio according to client demands and consumer trends.
Contribute to product development and launch by providing market and sales feedback.
Competenze ed esperienza Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in related sectors (perfumery, cosmetics, luxury goods, or FMCG).
Education: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales and market data to make informed decisions.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Experience in managing and negotiating contracts with high-profile clients.
Customer Orientation: Flexibility and ability to understand and respond to client needs.
Organizational and Planning Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel to visit clients and attend industry events.
Knowledge of the Perfumery and Luxury Goods Market.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
