Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian branch of Metz Consumer Electronics GmbH, subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a: Key Account Manager (Solar/PV/ESS) You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team.
You will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales goals supporting the business development across Italy.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Analyze market key trends and competitors to identify potential growth opportunities. Develop a sales and business development strategy customized to residential and commercial solar market. Develop and manage relationships with specialized distributors, electrical wholesalers, and shops, as well as installers across Italy. Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner. Negotiate agreements, partnerships, and contracts to expand the distribution network and increase the presence in the market. Draw-up reports to monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs, to share with the Management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to ensure continuous growth. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert knowledge on renewable energy solutions, positioning the company as a partner of choice. Keep updated on field trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the renewable energy industry. Collaborate with Sales Team, and with other company functions like marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution of the company strategy. We would like to meet passionate and motivated candidates with a strong background in the renewable energy market, mostly in the solar field.
Not afraid to work, for some topics, with a start-up mind-set. KEY SKILLS: Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales, preferably within solar or renewable energy or related industries. Deep knowledge of renewable energy market, technologies, and customer preferences. Analytical mindset, strong ability to convert sales data and market trends to strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both Italian and English. Very good command in English is essential to communicate with Management and some team member. Strong network of contacts within the Italian renewable energy market, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, installers, and partners, is a plus. Availability to frequent business trips across Italy to meet clients, attend events, and visit distribution partners.
