Job Description:Description Your opportunity We are seeking a proactive Graphic Design & Content Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced content developer and graphic designer with a creative mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.
The Graphic Design & Content Specialist will be part of the broader communication department and will contribute to ensuring the brand's visual identity across all types of content that we conceive, create and manage.
How you will contribute Create compelling visual/video content for digital and print media, including but not limited to media, social media, website, POS materials, and presentations.
Support in campaign development from shooting to implementation.
Collaborate with the larger communication team on ideation, visualization and development of creative concept, supporting development and execution of design projects.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing and video production.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design materials.
Support the development of visual guidelines to ensure consistent communication across touchpoints.
Execute assets from concept to delivery, including overseeing the development of creative guidelines to aid in execution, as well as the post-production, asset selection and retouching process.
Who you are +2 years of experience in graphic design, content development or related fields.
English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. ).
Experience in the fashion, sports, or eyewear industries is highly desirable.
A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
A strong team player able to build strong relationships.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
