Kering Eyewear It Analyst (Cx)
We are looking for an IT Analyst (Digital CX) who will work in a modern and international context to provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects.
How you will contribute Analyzing and understanding the business requirements in order to define the best IT solutions for supporting the business processes. Supporting the internal team in projects related to Digital Solutions mainly for the Customer Operation department. Understanding internal requirements and acting as the first point of contact in the event of any query/issue. Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications. Facilitating design sessions with partners to define the solution. Delivering elements of systems design, business rules, mock-up, or other detailed deliverables. Managing Project Management responsibilities as an IT Analyst (timings, technical goals). Directly leading System Test and User Acceptance (UAT). Coordinating External Consultants according to the internal procedure of the IT dept. Creating internal documentation for users and for IT needs (i. e.
application maintenance, technical documentation, etc). Being the first reference for the AMS (application maintenance services). Directly reporting to the IT Area Leader for internal follow-up of IT projects and for the proposal of new solutions (system-based and/or process) in order to improve the overall process and satisfaction. Who you are Business Degree in Management Engineering / Economics. Experience in projects related to CX application and other Digital tools integrated. 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role; consulting firms are considered a plus. Experience in the Fashion or Consumer goods industry is a plus. Advanced level of English. Teamwork. Customer-oriented. Problem-solving. Focus on results. Passion and enthusiasm.
