The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective ATL media plans to achieve our outdoor lifestyle brand communication objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of media channels, audience insights and data analytics to optimize media spending and maximize campaign performance. How you will contributeDevelop and execute comprehensive ATL media plans that align with brand goals and budget constraintsCollaborate with the brand media agency to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of media campaignsWork closely with internal stakeholders, including media, eCommerce, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and objectivesConduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategiesPrepare media plan proposals and performance reportsNegotiate with media vendors through the media agency to secure the best rates and placementsStay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms and emerging technologies to continually refine media strategiesWho you areDegree in Marketing or Communication+5 years of experience in media planning, preferably within a brand or agency settingEnglish and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsAbility to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirementsKnowledge of both digital and traditional media channelsGoogle Ads and other relevant certifications are a plusWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
